People dont care how much we know until they know how much we care. My life has always been about helping people, in some way whether its public or private. Starting out early,with a career in Horry County Government, in the 70s, in the Clerk of Courts Office, I received a wealth of knowledge, which ultimately afforded me 17 years of expertise in the real estate industry. This experience had a great impact in how I manage my business today. But my public services did not stop there; this same experience landed me in even a greater public service position; to become that of a Mayor for 12 years of a small Oceanfront Town known as Atlantic Beach, in South Carolina, located in the Myrtle Beach,Grand Strand area.. As the CEO, real estate; once again was my business via, its Planning, Zoning, Appraising , Conveying and Development there of. Like county government; municipal government, brought even a greater perspective to knowledge in my real estate practice. It is gratifying to have had this kind of hands-on experience in real estate. It qualifies you to do what you do, better than anyone else. I feel really blessed to have such an advantage, but whats more important is how I use and make it work for me.
