I'm Nancy Grinstead, and I'm proud to call the Grand Strand home. As a native of Horry and Marion Counties, my roots run deep here, and I have a genuine love for the communities that make coastal South Carolina such a special place to live.
With more than 24 years of real estate experience, I've had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's most important decisions. Before beginning my real estate career, I owned and operated a successful cleaning business for 17 years, which helped me develop the strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service skills that continue to benefit my clients today.
I became a licensed real estate agent in 2002 and earned my broker's license in 2007. Since then, I've been committed to providing honest guidance, personalized service, and a smooth real estate experience for every client I serve.
