Hi, I’m Jared Snead, a REALTOR® and Real Estate Advisor proudly serving Charleston, Summerville, Columbia, and communities throughout South Carolina.
Real estate has given me the opportunity to do something I genuinely enjoy—helping people navigate one of the biggest milestones of their lives. Over the past four years, I’ve been fortunate to help individuals and families achieve their real estate goals, resulting in millions of dollars in sales. Every transaction has reminded me that buying or selling a home is about so much more than real estate; it’s about new beginnings, building wealth, creating memories, and finding a place to call home.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with first-time homebuyers, growing families, military members, investors, luxury clients, sellers, and those relocating to South Carolina. I also enjoy helping clients purchase new construction homes and land. No matter where someone is in their journey, I believe everyone deserves honest guidance, clear communication, and an experience that leaves them feeling confident and informed.
