Regina Butler
Gina Butler, of Town & Lake Realty, is a 21 year veteran of the real estate industry. She has been a licensed realtor for 16 years and is a co-owner of Town & Lake Realty/Auction. Gina has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to always put her clients needs first. After obtaining her Real Estate affiliate designation in 2007, Gina continued her education and received her Brokers designation in 2018. Passionate about property management, Gina has continued to leverage her know-how and experience in this area. In 2020, Gina received her ARM designation, and is an Accredited Residential Manager. Afterwards, she continued her education to earn her CPM and is a Certified Property Manager. Gina is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and currently serves as the Greater Nashville Chapter President. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise make her a valuable asset to her clients in their real estate endeavors. Originally from Sparta, TN., she has lived in DeKalb County for over 15 years with her husband, Dennis Butler, who is also a realtor. Together, they have a tribe of 5 and two handsome dogs. In her free time, Gina loves to travel to the mountains, bake, and spend time with her family. She is a well-rounded, fun loving sister, with a passion for both her work and personal life, making her a great choice for anyone looking to buy or sell property.
