She is a descendant of Chief Journeycake from the Lenape Delaware Tribe. Hence, she chose the name, 'Native American Group' to give honor and respect to her family heritage. In 2009 she was selected as a listing broker for HUD and Freddie Mac Homesteps. She now continues to manage and market HUD-Raine, Freddie Mac/Homegenius, VRM- Secretary of Veteran Affairs and Shellpoint, Truman, Selene Finance, Fay Servicing, AMIP Management, and Dakota. In 2016 her firm was selected as a Cartus Relocation Broker and Navy Federal Credit Union Select Broker. Since then, she has been awarded the prestigious Champions Cup Realogy, Platinum Broker, Master’s Cup Finalist, NFCU Spirit Award, and NFCU Pinnacle Award. Susan Jenkins is proficient in perfecting the as-is values, repair values, and construction bids, gaining her a preferred Broker in the Greater Tidewater Hampton Road area.
