About me
Hello, I’m Ayako. I was born and raised in Hiroshima, Japan and graduated from Soai University, Osaka. In 1998, I moved to Portland and continued my education to follow my dream as becoming artist. I attended to Art Institute of Seattle and graduated with an AA (Associate in Arts) in Graphic Design. I was in business with online based sales where we have sold clothes, accessories and more to all over the world for about 10 years. I developed professional and ethical skills of how to promote your own style as an independent business, how to deal with difficulties under unexpected situations, how to be unique and be interesting to all generations around the world beyond different cultures and language and to keep being sharp for demands and needs of all clients.
In my personal life, I’m a mother of 2 precious children. They are the most important things in the world to me. When I’m not working, I devote 100% my time to them. I consider myself very blessed. In my free time we enjoy exploring the hiking, the outdoors, taking trips to Japan & Hawaii, and of course watching my children’s activities.

I consider honesty, trust and communication to be extremely important keys to successful relationships. My job is to provide informed and educated decisions, and in return I expect honest feedback and communication. I want my clients to be comfortable in expressing their opinions, and this is how I keep my client's best interests in mind. Selling or purchasing a home can be one of the most significant and emotional decisions you will have to make. My job is to make clients’s real estate transactions as seamless, stress-free and successful as possible. I strive to make every transaction a positive experience and always close transactions with big smiles!
