Jeniffer Harper is a licensed REALTOR® with Better Homes and Gardens Special Properties in Green Lake. Licensed in both Wisconsin and Illinois (since 1999) Jeniffer has more than $100 million in career sales volume representing residential clients. Her extensive experience spans multiple facets of real estate, providing clients with a well-rounded and strategic approach to buying and selling.
In addition to proudly serving the Green Lake area with Better Homes and Gardens Special Properties, Jeniffer serves the Chicagoland area with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. Before joining the real estate world Jeniffer built a strong foundation in interior design and commercial space planning, where she spent over a decade working in commercial real estate environments. Later Jeniffer offered residential design services, further sharpening her eye for detail, functionality, and value?an advantage she brings to every client interaction.
Jeniffer works with a wide range of clients, including home away from home buyers, move-up families, investors, corporate relocation clients, first-time homebuyers, and downsizing homeowners. She is known for her results-driven approach, leveraging a strong professional network, expert negotiation skills, and clear, honest communication to help clients achieve their goals with confidence.
After living in Chicago for many years, Jeniffer and her husband relocated to the western suburbs in 2001 to raise their two sons. In 2024, they fulfilled a dream of owning a home in the Green Lake area after vacationing there every year for 28 years. Outside of real estate, she enjoys golfing, kayaking, traveling and being a hockey mom....
