Joshua McGrath
Josh McGrath is a lifelong West Virginian, real estate broker, entrepreneur, and national speaker. At just 18, he began selling real estate and quickly built a top-producing team. By 2005, he became broker/owner of Real Estate Central in Charleston, WV, now a seven-office, 130+ agent company and one of the state’s leading brokerages. In 2020, Real Estate Central became the first Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate affiliate in West Virginia and has since been named Best in the Valley six years running. Josh has served as President of both the Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS® and the WV Association of REALTORS®, earning recognition as Local and State REALTOR® of the Year. He’s a 40 Under 40 honoree, Young Guns awardee, NAR Leadership Academy graduate, and RPAC Hall of Fame member. When not leading or mentoring agents, Josh raises funds through REC Kickin’ Cancer and enjoys time in Holden Beach, NC, or Davis, WV with Larry, Opal, and Mavis.
