I'm sitting here on this cold February day, looking at this lot on the parcel map and what it looks like. To me it looks like lunch. From there my mind wanders about all the other foods that look like this lot? Bucatini, my favorite pasta, Sub sandwich, stromboli, hot dogs, french bread and Prime Rib. From the menu, go to the kitchen you would build? Maybe a Viking or Thermador Range, Carrara marble counter tops, a cool wine fridge. Now how about the home you build? Over one acre of lake views, just feet away from water. Close proximity to trails, and one of the prettiest lakes in Bella Vista. Sustainable clearing would yield a fabulous view of the lake but still leave the lot with the gorgeous trees.
