The plan was to build a home on the Eastern side of the parcel, visually separating the home from the shop. No active/open permits exist, future home & homesite specifics are fully up to the buyer. This land is set up perfectly to build your dream home with plenty of room for dry materials storage during construction in the 2400sf building. In addition to water and power already being in place, Lake county allows property owners to live in an RV on-site, as long as they have active permits to construct a home on-site.
