Equipment included in the sale consists of a clean-out machine, 2006 John Deere 5103 tractor, 2013 John Deere 5065 tractor, Case 580K backhoe, two John Deere Gators, and various miscellaneous implements. Residences: The property includes a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath primary residence with 2,373 heated square feet, built in 2013, and a 2-bedroom, 2-bath secondary residence with 1,500 heated square feet, built in 2016.
