Due to being uninhabitable, the Listing Agent has not inspected the the interior of any buildings, because of liability and safety concerns. For the same liability reasons, no showings or access to the interior of any existing structures will not be allowed. Buyer agrees that the purchase is being made based solely on exterior viewing and publicly available information. All information used in marketing, advertising, and listing the Property was obtained from public sources and/or the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Seller and Buyer further agree that all existing structures on the Property shall be torn down, removed, and the site cleaned and cleared within 6 months after closing.
