There is no well on the property but the lake water is pumped in for use in the sinks and shower. There has been a new water filtration system added which purifies the lake water, making it safe to drink. Along with the water filtration system, there have been many updates to this property over the past two years including a new roof, new exterior paint, a new dock, the loft area has been finished off, a new septic tank, and the camp has been leveled, and some sills have been replaced.
