About this home

Accepted Offer. Back-up offers welcome. This is the original Browns Hotel that has recently been known as The Grandview Palace condos. The whole section of the main building burnt down a few years back. All legal issues have been solved. This will be sold with clear title. It has an amazing location on RT 52 in the Township of Fallsburg. Great location for any developer with nerves of steel who wants a big payoff for all his hard work. Zoning would allow a hotel, schoo, Houses of Worship. Zoning is Business zoning in the Township of Fallsburg.. The building could be rehabilitated or knocked down. It does have asbestos in it so this will need to be dealt with either way. Sellers are aware of this issue and will work with a buyer. Incredible potential for the right organization, developer, private person looking for land for a variety of possible business uses.
