Casa Magica is located on a triangular parcel of almost a half an acre, in the La PRRA neighborhood of Vieques, Puerto Rico. The concrete structure has a main floor consisting of 4 bedrooms, kitchen, porch, combined dining and living room, one bathroom and a basement underneath. There is also another unfinished structure on the property that could be finished as a garage with artists studio or apartment above, or as a new complete house. The primary structure is a concrete house with a flat roof, with stairs along the side to the separate basement entrance which offers plenty of storage space. Despite the low ceiling in the basement, it has been used as an apartment in the past.
