Featured in Historic Preservation Magazine for his craftsmanship, Ramsey used hand-hewn chestnut, poplar, and oak logs that reflect early Virginia building traditions. The kitchen, a historic structure of similar age moved from Nelson County, blends beautifully with the cabin.
