The Ounce River Tract consists of 480± acres in Bayfield County, Wisconsin. Located 15 miles north of Hayward, an area renowned for its scenic beauty, recreational appeal, and real estate investment opportunities, this tract boasts ¾ mile of frontage on State Highway 27 in the Town of Barnes, WI.
