BETTER. It’s our focus as a brokerage. From Aimee and Terry Peterson launching TeamWork Realty in 2021 with 7 agents, to building a brokerage with over 60 agents, to joining the highly recognized Better Homes and Gardens brand- our growing family has taught us so much. At the end of 2022 we shared an anonymous survey with our agents to get their unabashed, unfiltered feedback on what we’re doing right, what needs improvement, and where we completely missed the mark. The only way for us to become a better brokerage is by (1) listening to the needs of our agents, and then (2) taking action. One of the top responses to our survey was a want for better brand recognition by our clients.
