Conner Real Estate opened its doors in Brownsville on July 5, 2011, with Joey
Conner as Owner and Principal Broker. At that time, the real estate market was
slower, but the company continued to thrive. Through hard work and dedication,
Conner Real Estate has grown to be the #1 real estate brokerage in sales/volume
in Brownsville & Haywood County, TN.
In February 2018, Conner Real Estate expanded its reach by opening a second
office in the Thomsen Farms area of Jackson, TN. The Jackson office averages
around 20-25 active agents. In 2021, the Jackson office relocated to Greystone
Square and is currently located at 1009 Greystone Square, Jackson, TN. Tanesha
Walker currently serves as Principal Broker.
In July 2019, Tara Joyner was named Principal Broker of the Brownsville
location. Conner Real Estate’s new location in Brownsville is located at 111
Peachtree Plaza, and the office averages around 6-8 active agents.
In July 2025, Conner Real Estate joined the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate
Franchise, as the first franchise of BHGRE in Western TN. The new firm name
became Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Conner.
