Originally established as MAKING DREAMS Realty by Kevin and Renee Clark in 2015,
the company blends their diverse experiences in sales, education, and home
design. Kevin, with a background in leadership and education, serves as the
Broker, leading the firm with a client-centered approach while also supporting
the Realtors on the team, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they
need to thrive. Renee, with a background in health care leadership, a
certification in home styling and redesign, and a real estate license, has a
multi-faceted role overseeing marketing, business strategy, and staging and
design.
In 2025, the company transitioned by acquiring a Better Homes & Gardens Real
Estate franchise and rebranding as Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Dream
Partners. This strategic move was driven by a desire to offer the team enhanced
resources, including advanced marketing and technology tools, as well as the
support of a nationally recognized brand. The transition enables the team to
deliver an even higher level of service, while still maintaining the
personalized, community-focused approach that clients have come to trust and
appreciate.
The dedicated administrative team at The MDR House ensures smooth operations,
allowing the real estate professionals and design and sales consultants to focus
on what matters most—serving clients and helping them achieve their goals and
dreams.
At The MDR House, the businesses together provide a comprehensive ‘All Things
Home’ experience, offering interior design and staging services through their
boutique design company, MDR Design Co., and custom window treatments through
their Budget Blinds franchises of Janesville and Monroe. This unique approach
helps clients seamlessly transform their houses into homes, with support every
step of the way.
