25 years of experience in helping buyers and sellers! I've been with the same Broker my entire career. This is because of the culture passed down from the top of my company. to the managers, and finally to the agents. We believe real estate is an honorable and relationship-oriented business. There simply is nothing important to me than to have my clients satisfied at the end of the transaction. I work with many first-time home buyers, because I remember getting the keys to my first house. I work with sellers to maximize their cash-in-pocket. I don't believe in over- or under-pricing a house, but to put it at the highest price the market will bear. I believe in explaining all the details and paperwork clearly, to avoid surprises at the end of the deal. Communication is key. Whether it's good news, or not-so-good, clients want to know what's happening. I am virtually always available by phone, text, or email. My hours and days available are quite flexible. I am a trainer for the company. I teach agents how to do successful open houses, and help new agents learn the ins and outs of the paperwork. I've been a mentor to new agents most of my career. This is a way I can give back. After 25 years, I still enjoy learning. The latest technology and social media are always changing, and I like to keep up on them. I make sure I do not juggle too many things at once. I work with only a handful of clients at a time, so I don't have to pass them off to an assistant. I am hands-on.
