Hi, I’m Tammy Craig — a local real estate broker serving Palisade and the greater Grand Valley. I’m a lifelong Colorado resident and a native of the Grand Valley, and I’ve spent more than two decades helping clients buy and sell property throughout Western Colorado.
My path into real estate wasn’t a straight line. I’ve worked as a librarian, owned a small restaurant in Grand Lake, and ran my own IT business starting in 1996, focusing on design, training, and problem-solving for clients. Those experiences all show up in how I work today — steady, practical, and focused on finding solutions.
I became a licensed Realtor® in 2004 with Fruit & Wine Real Estate and purchased the brokerage in 2007. Since then, I’ve worked with buyers and sellers across a wide range of properties, from in-town homes to land and agricultural properties throughout Mesa County and the Grand Valley.
Every transaction is different. Real estate is both a financial decision and a personal one, and I approach it with that in mind. My style is straightforward and calm. I communicate clearly, stay on top of the details, and work to keep the process moving — especially when things get complicated.
I understand that for many clients, a real estate transaction represents a significant piece of their financial picture. I take that seriously and work to make each step as smooth, informed, and manageable as possible from start to finish.
When I’m not working, I’m here in the community — connected to the people and places that make Palisade and the Grand Valley such a special place to live.
