Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Fruit & Wine

Fruit & Wine Real Estate opened in 2004 with a desk in the Palisade Chamber office. The formation of Fruit & Wine was due in part to participating in a large East Orchard Mesa purchase and Mesa Land Trust partnership.  The vision of Mesa Land Trust matched the vision for Fruit & Wine.  In 2010 the Twisted Brick Art Gallery and Studios invited Fruit & Wine to share office space with them. Fruit & Wine took over the space, and Craig Gallery was born within the Fruit & Wine office walls in 2016. The combination of art and real estate is a great match.  In 2024, Fruit & Wine joined Better Homes and Gardens, again a perfect match for Fruit & Wine's vision.  We look forward to many happy years with Better Homes and Gardens and serving the Mesa County area.
