Francis was born in Ghent, Belgium and is one of 7 siblings. At age 11 he moved to Ohio with his family so that his father, a Belgian Air Force officer, could help negotiate the purchase of fighter planes on behalf of the Belgian Air Force. He eventually found his way to Hawaii in 1993 and has been here ever since. Francis has over 14 years of real estate experience as a sales agent and a real estate market research analyst. He earned his Broker's license in 2008 which afforded him an even deeper knowledge of the real estate industry. He is currently one of the company's Brokers-in-Charge which means that he is responsible for ensuring contracts are accurate, complete and that they protect the interests of our company's clients.
Before his real estate career his work experience revolved around providing excellent customer service. He continues this ethic in his current career where not only is he a tough negotiator on behalf of his clients, but he executes all necessary steps to ensure a successful transaction. He is his clients' premier advocate.
