Maki Nakajo was born in Ibaraki, Japan and moved to Hawaii in 2016. Before moving to Hawaii, she worked as an accountant for more than 10 years at a large Japanese IT company in Tokyo. After moving to Hawaii, she started an online store connecting people to small local businesses and using these connections to sell curated packages. Prior to join Better Homes, she worked at a boutique real estate company as the section leader of the vacation home property management division. Her passion shifted to helping people buy or sell their homes.
Maki is bilingual in English and Japanese. She has a strong sense of responsibility, is a very organized person and a good listener. She wants to understand what’s important to you. Her number one goal as a sales agent is to simplify the whole buying or selling process by keeping you informed and being responsive.
Today, her free time is spent with her family – at her children’s activities and sporting events or going to the beach. She also likes reading. ナカジョウ 牧子(ナカジョウ マキコ) 茨城県出身。青山学院大学経営学部卒業。 2016年にハワイ出身の夫と息子と共にハワイへ移住。 ハワイ移住前は、富士通株式会社にて経理を１０年以上経験。東京・神奈川・兵庫県にてパソコンビジネス、携帯電話ビジネスなどの経理業務、損益分析業務に携わる。 ハワイへ移住後は、日本とハワイをつなげる仕事をしたいとの思いから、厳選されたハワイのローカルビジネスの商品を組み合わせてパッケージに入れて販売するオンラインビジネスを立ち上げる。その後、日本人を多く顧客に持つ不動産会社に勤務し、別荘管理部門の主任として物件管理に携わる。管理業務の中で、オーナー達の不動産売却・購入のニーズを聞くにつれて、次第に不動産売買の仕事に惹かれ、不動産セールスエージェントとなる。 英語・日本語バイリンガル。お客様の購入・売却プロセスお手伝いで一番大切にしていることは、正確な情報をわかりやすく提供し、お待たせしないこと。不動産という大きな買い物につきものの不安感を取り除き、安心して取引を完了できるよう、常にお客様の気持ちに寄り添うことをモットーにする。 二児の母。趣味は読書、家族や友人と一緒にビーチや公園、たまにサーフィンに行くこと。
