Kylie Parkhurst
Upon first meeting Kylie Parkhurst you’ll be treated to her sunny disposition, high energy, and mile-a-minute ideas on the current real estate market and how to get you just where you want to be. Her whip-smart business sense led her to becoming one of the youngest person to hold the title of Broker In Charge on the Treasure Team.
Experience and Expertise:
Honing her real estate expertise since 2016, most of those years with the Treasure Team, one of the area's top producing agencies, Kylie takes pride in her ability to succeed with a wide range of clients. From first-time home buyers to experienced investors she has proven to be a true market expert.
Her real estate work covers Topsail Island and the surrounding areas, from Jacksonville to Wilmington. She has also extended out to help clients in Ocean Isle and Emerald Isle. As an oceanfront specialist, she understands that there are many considerations regarding CAMA requirements, building codes, and flood zone regulations. Kylie has also worked with a lot of new construction, including custom builds. Her expertise on the Island has proven to be especially important when working with builders and designing floor plans for island living.
Kylie enjoys working out the numbers for investment buyers as well as helping someone looking for their dream home on the beach. Helping young Marines and other first-time home buyers is also particularly satisfying. Kylie explains that your first home is such a big milestone. It’s not just another transaction. As a real estate agent she has met many really awesome people, part of the reason that she loves all aspects of her career, which brings something new every day.
Client Education:
Kylie emphasizes that she is always “completely open and honest up front,” often telling her clients: “If you’re not happy, I’m not happy.” Her top priority is making sure that every client is well-educated. She says that one of her biggest strengths is not just having expert knowledge, but also being able to educate her clients all the facts so that they can make an informed decision they can be happy with.
Future Growth:
As a young business owner, Kylie is always learning and expanding. Kylie didn't hesitate in the least when offered the position to become Broker in Charge in early 2022 at her top-producing firm. This afforded her an even more in-depth look at the real estate market, and the chance to work more closely with the other well-established agents.
Family and Farm Life:
Born in Wake Forest, Kylie moved with her family to Hubert when she was seven years old. She then lived in Jacksonville and has resided in the greater Topsail area, for the most part, ever since. Today, she owns a farm and several horses, as well as chickens, a goat, and their two sweet dogs, Bella and Nala. She and her young daughter love it there. It's true, what they say.
