About Christiana: I moved to Eugene over 10 years ago looking for a nice place to put down roots and raise a family. I grew up in Omaha Nebraska and wanted to explore living outside of the Midwest. After studying film and theater in college I moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the film industry. I loved the work I did as an Assistant Editor, but I did not love the stress of the industry or the life style of living in LA. Looking for a city more our speed my husband and I explored Oregon and found Eugene. It was just what we were looking for; a beautiful outdoor playground to hike and camp, lots of performing arts options, and a friendly eccentric community. My mom is an Interior Designer and my Dad also works as a real estate broker. Inspired by their careers I decided to become a broker and acquired my license in 2013. Working in real estate has shown to be a rewarding experience. Home ownership is an important life milestone but also an amazing investment. I love helping people see their dreams of a “home of their own” come to fruition and to realize how they can make their investment work for them. I draw on my many years of experience working in the service industry and as a yoga instructor to be a full-service broker. I know that communication, education, and advocating are the keys to a successful smooth transaction where my clients feel informed and in control of the process.
