Pam has been a licensed Realtor® in the State of Texas since 1987. Starting her career in Commercial Real Estate obtaining the prestigious designations of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property Manager). Pamela is the only woman to have obtained the CCIM and CPM in the Abilene Association of Realtors.
Pam now focuses her career on specializing in residential real estate. Her success earned her “REALTOR of The Year” award in 2016 and she will be serve as President for the Abilene Association of REALTORS in 2019.
These awards and honors are extremely rare and a tribute to the kind of education and work ethic that has driven Pam to success. Her other designations and achievements include: CRS, GRI, ABR, SFR, and is Five Star Institute REO Certified. She holds a national award for the At Home with Diversity and a certificate from Texas Affordable Housing Specialist.
Since Moving to Abilene in 2000, she joined the Senter, Realtor family of roadrunners. She has been a top producer of the Abilene Association of Realtors every year since residential real estate is her passion by helping families find their dream home. Pam and her family are members of St. Paul United Methodist Church. She has served on The Abilene Association of Realtors, Jr. League, American Heart Association, St. Paul Board of Directors and The Alliance for Women and Children.
