She works out of the Dallas, TX, Preston Road office and is excited to be a part of the BHG team. Cheryl has served the DFW Metroplex for thirty-three years, first working for two franchise offices and then owning and managing her own real estate company for nineteen years. With the recent changes in the economy and the resurgence of the Better Homes and Gardens franchise in the north Dallas area, Cheryl made the decision to join the David Winans office and become a part of the remarkable BH&G Real Estate community. She is excited about the many tools available to her through BH&G and how they can help her: a) service and promote her listings, and b) equip her buyer clients to make the best purchase decision. Cheryls vast real estate experience and knowledge offer outstanding benefits to her clients. She is professional, thorough, committed, and caring , and her clients remark that she consistently goes the extra mile to help them reach their buying and selling goals. She enjoys helping first-time purchasers find the home that fits their needs and budget, and she offers expertise in the new-home, short-sale, and luxury property markets. Before moving to Texas and becoming a Realtor, Cheryl taught ninth-grade English in FL (her home state). She enjoys reading, writing and advancing her real estate skills. As the mother of three children and grandmother to three boys, Cheryl is dedicated to family and enjoys the time that she and her husband, Bruce, can spend being the best grandparents ever. Bruce is a remodeling contractor and looks forward to get-aways when he can spend time in his native MN. He is excited that Cheryl has chosen to be part of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
