Born and raised in Plano and now proudly calling Allen home, Cliff has spent his entire life in Collin County. He and his wife Natalie are raising their family there alongside their two black labradors, a personal connection to the area that runs deep and gives him a genuine understanding of what draws people to North Texas and what makes its neighborhoods such great places to put down roots.
Before entering residential real estate, Cliff spent nearly a decade as a Landman in the oil and gas industry, working extensively with property records, title research, mineral rights, and land negotiations. Long before he ever listed a home, he was already navigating the complexities behind how property is researched, owned, and negotiated. That technical foundation gives his clients a deeper level of insight and diligence that extends far beyond the typical real estate transaction.
He later transitioned into financial services, serving as a Senior Client Services Manager overseeing complex relationships with high-net-worth clients in the premium finance and insurance space. The role required managing detailed, multi-year financial processes while delivering a highly personalized client experience. Organization, precision, and proactive communication were essential to keeping those high-stakes transactions moving forward, skills that now define the way Cliff manages real estate transactions for his clients.
Since earning his real estate license in 2018, Cliff has helped buyers and sellers successfully navigate the North Texas and Dallas-Fort Worth housing market with a thoughtful, strategic approach.
