Arlene Hinsley
Arlene DeClaire Hinsley is both well-traveled and well-educated. Born in New York and raised in Pittsburgh, she moved to Texas where she graduated from Kingwood High School. She holds a degree from Baylor University and did post-graduate studies at The University of Houston to prepare for her first career as sophomore English teacher at Memorial High School. After 10 years of Real Estate and over 46 million in sales Arlene earned her TREC Brokers' License in the Fall of 2012 in an effort to advance the knowledge she can offer her clients. 2013 brought her Sellers Representative Specialist designation and Social Media Professional DesignationInvolvement Arlene is actively involved in her community. As the mother of four children, she is past president of their school parents' association. She also finds time to work with the Special Children's & Junior Rodeo Committee at the Houston Rodeo and the Harris County Children's Assessment Center. A multi-faceted person, Arlene has even served as the Style Show Chairman for the Junior League of Houston. In her free time, she enjoys running along with horseback-riding and jumping. Professional Arlene is an expert in many areas of Houston and Fort Bend. Since 2003 she has sold all over Houston from Sugar Land to The Heights to the Memorial Villages to Montrose and homes and acreage in Richmond and Fulshear and Fort Bend County. Arlene is professional, efficient and highly motivated. She enjoys the process of educating and guiding her buyers and sellers to make the best decisions. Arlene likes the satisfaction that comes from finding the correct match for her clients. She can do the same for you. Arlene was named Greenwood King Rookie of the Year 2004, GK Top Producers Club 2006, 2007 and H Texas Magazine's Top 100 Houston Agents 2006, 2007. She chose to increase her real estate knowledge and abilities in 2009 by joining a privately owned firm in the Richmond/Fulshear area and focus on the marketing and sales of acreage and residential properties in Fort Bend county. While earning her Brokers' license she was a company Top Producer for 2011 and 2012. Her move to BHG Real Estate-Gary Greene Katy/Fulshear in 2013 is again an effort to increase the marketing ability and knowledge base she can provide her Buyers and Sellers.
