Craig Manuel
I have lived in Houston for 10 years. I originally came to attend college and play Baseball at Rice University. After graduating with a degree in History, I was drafted by the Washington Nationals in the 10th round of the 2012 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft, 324th overall. After working my way through the Minor Leagues for 4 seasons, my baseball career came to an end in Spring Training 2016. When thinking about what career path I wanted to take, I remembered the day my girlfriend and I closed on our house, it was one of the happiest days of our lives and I wanted to help people attain that feeling. So, I jumped right into Real Estate School and was licensed in May. I put my athletic background and competitive edge into negotiating the best deals for my clients.
