Jan Steiner-Mcgovern
I STRIVE TO EARN YOUR TRUST & RESPECT BY MAINTAINING HIGH STANDARDS!
I have 30+ years of marketing in the Graphic Design business which makes my background perspective unique to getting properties sold and what it takes to get them found. Also unique at being a self-starter as I owned my own graphics business. So I know that going the extra mile to GET THE JOB DONE within my clients criteria and time tables is what it takes to make clients dreams come true and their goals met!
*** EXPERIENCE: I have a proven track record in Real Estate sales, I listen, consult and negotiate the best deals for my clients.
As a Texas Realtor since 2005 I chose Better Homes & Gardens-Gary Greene, Realtors because of their overwhelming internet presence. Speaking from experience as a buyer of Gulf Coast property and moving here from a different state I know that I did most of the house hunting on the internet. These days you can even zoom down to street level and look at the neighborhood before you drive there.
Better Homes & Gardens-Gary Greene, Realtors has consistently been number one in homes sold and listed since I joined them and they continue to expand their market share.
****YOUR NEEDS WILL BE MET If you are a Seller or a Buyer and would like an experienced, dedicated, hard-working professional real estate agent working for you CALL ME. I will leverage my experience to negotiate the pest price and terms to meet your goals
**** WHY I'M NOT A YANKEE Some Texans may call me a Yankee but it was simply mis-direction when my Irish ancestors took a right instead of a left at the Mississippi river in the mid 1800's. Their settling in Minnesota where the snow is deep, and the two month long summers are bracketed by below zero winters and high taxes, has made me a fan of Texas for many years. So moving to Texas after visiting many times was a no brainer! READ more my story my website https://janmcgovern.com
****Born in St Paul MN, been a Texan since 2005 and never looked back. Married with 3 kids and a whole bushel of the best grand kids EVER!
