I was raised in Houston since I was six months old. I was an accountant with American General Corporationfrom 1985 to 1992. I have always had a great love for real estate, so from 1987 to 2002 I personally remodelled 47 homes. This has helped me with construction of homes and how to remodel them. I am able to share my knowledge I have learned about construction with my clients to show them the possiblities and point out potential problems. I want my clents to have the most information possible so that they may make an informed decision. I enjoy working with relocation buyers because I like introducing future new neighbors to the city I grew up in and have worked in real estate the last 10 years. It gives me an opportunity to "show off" everything Houston's close in neighborhoods have to offer. I also enjoy helping relocation clients who are moving out of the city through my marketing efforts. I have an extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods I service. I preview homes extensively in these areas and have over the last 10 yesrs, therefore I have great market knowledge when it comes to pricing correctly to sell for the most money in the quickest amount of time.
