Kim Bettis
A native Houstonian and seventh-generation Texan, Kim Bettis has deep roots in the Houston area and extensive knowledge of the communities she serves. She is a Klein High School alum and earned her degree from Texas A&M University. Before becoming a Realtor, Kim served twenty-five years as a Special Education Teacher and ARD Facilitator, where she developed strong skills in communication and negotiation, as well as a deep understanding of the needs of families with children of every ability.
Detail-oriented, patient, and solution-focused, Kim is dedicated to helping clients navigate every step of the real estate process. Her personal experience buying, selling, renovating, and rebuilding her own homes gives her valuable firsthand insight into homeownership, especially in the Galveston Bay Area and waterfront communities.
Kim has lived in the Clear Lake and Galveston Bay area for thirty years, raising her twin children and a menagerie of pets. As a member of Lakewood Yacht Club, Kim enjoys socializing with the boating community and volunteering for many club programs, such as the Harvest Moon Regatta and Seahorse Youth Sailing.
