Meet Kim Bettis

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Kim spent twenty-five years as a Special Education Teacher and ARD Facilitator. Her career in education developed the skills that now define her real estate practice: patient communication, thoughtful problem-solving, careful organization, and strong advocacy for the people she serves. She understands that every client has unique goals, and she is committed to helping navigate each transaction with clarity and confidence.
A native Houstonian and seventh-generation Texan, Kim has called the Clear Lake and Galveston Bay area home for more than thirty years. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University and has extensive knowledge of the communities she serves. Having personally bought, sold, renovated, and rebuilt homes, she understands the challenges and opportunities that come with homeownership and brings that firsthand experience to every client relationship. She also has a special appreciation for the unique considerations involved in waterfront living and the Galveston Bay lifestyle.
When she's not helping clients, Kim enjoys spending time in the boating community as an active member of Lakewood Yacht Club. She volunteers for club events, including the Harvest Moon Regatta and Seahorse Youth Sailing, and values the friendships and connections she has built throughout the Bay Area.
