Before entering real estate, Patricia built her professional experience in the environmental services industry, specializing in asbestos, mold, lead, and demolition. This background gives her a valuable edge when helping clients navigate property conditions and considerations with confidence and clarity. She also began investing in her own rental portfolio at just 21 years old, giving her practical, firsthand experience in real estate investing that benefits the clients she works with today.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Patricia proudly considers herself truly bilingual allowing her to communicate effectively and comfortably with a wider range of clients and ensure they feel informed and supported throughout the process.
