Payton Walhof
Born in Tyler, Texas, and raised in Katy, Payton Walhof graduated from Texas Tech University in 2021 before making Houston home. A natural people person, he enjoys building relationships and believes that strong communication and trust are the foundation of every successful client experience.
Known as the "planner" of his friend group, Payton takes pride in staying organized, communicating clearly, and following through on every detail. His Type A personality, punctuality, and proactive approach help ensure every step of the real estate process is handled with care and efficiency.
Before transitioning into real estate, Payton spent four years in the insurance industry managing a $10 million-plus book of business. Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment sharpened his organizational skills and attention to detail. Although changing careers meant stepping outside his comfort zone, pursuing real estate has been one of his proudest accomplishments and allows him to follow his true passion of helping others.
Outside of work, Payton enjoys running, biking, playing sports and poker with friends, building LEGO® sets, listening to records, and spending time with his partner and their dog. He also stays active through a Buffalo Bayou run club, a dog walking group, and a local softball and kickball team, bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to his community that he brings to his clients....
