Born and raised in Houston, Rosa Martinez has a deep connection to the community she is proud to call home. As a realtor, she brings integrity, attention to detail, patience, and strong problem-solving skills to every client relationship. She genuinely enjoys helping people and is committed to making the real estate process as smooth and positive as possible.
Before becoming a realtor, Rosa worked as a leasing agent for a property management company, where she discovered her passion for helping people find a place to call home. She also worked as a Local Support Lead for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene, giving her valuable insight into the behind-the-scenes operations and back-end processes of the real estate business.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Rosa is able to connect with and serve a diverse range of clients. Her experience on both the client-facing and operational sides of real estate allows her to anticipate needs, stay organized, and pay close attention to the details that matter throughout every transaction.
Outside of real estate, Rosa enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and making memories with her family. She brings the same genuine, people-first attitude to her career and is passionate about helping others find a home where they can create memories of their own....
