Tim Davis
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Timothy Davis has called Houston home for nearly five years. A Combat Veteran and former U.S. Army Drill Sergeant, he brings discipline, integrity, and mission-focused commitment to every real estate transaction. Clients rely on him for clear communication, calm guidance, and aggressive advocacy of their best interests. Before real estate, Timothy served in the United States Army as a Combat Veteran and U.S. Army Drill Sargent. These experiences sharpened his leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, which he now uses to guide clients through contracts, inspections, and negotiations with confidence. Alongside his wife and business partner, Gisette, he serves English and Spanish speaking clients through the veteran-owned Davis Signature Group. He is actively involved in Mueller Elementary PTO, veteran support networks, and local real estate groups, reflecting his commitment to community and service. Outside of real estate, he enjoys fitness and weight training, spending time with his family, supporting his kids’ school activities and sports, and mentoring other veterans transitioning to civilian life. He is recognized as a top-producing agent, consistently delivering exceptional results for his clients.
