Victoria Avalos
A native Houstonian, Victoria Avalos has lived in Houston nearly her entire life. Although she was born in Brownsville, Texas, her family relocated to Houston when she was about a year old, and she proudly considers herself a true Houston native.
Victoria began her real estate career in the 1980s following the oil bust, building her business during a challenging market and developing the experience, resilience, and market knowledge that continue to serve her clients well today. With decades of experience, she brings a deep understanding of Houston’s neighborhoods and real estate landscape. In addition to her real estate career, Victoria is a watercolor artist and a member of the Watercolor Art Society in Houston.
Creativity plays an important role in her life, and she enjoys expressing it through her artwork. Outside of work and painting, Victoria enjoys walking her chihuahua, birdwatching as a novice birder, practicing martial arts, gardening, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. She is fluent in Spanish and takes pride in serving both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
