Since my own family migrated from South America, I'm sensitive to the out of town buyer as well as first-time home buyer. I'm extremely patient so I can work with just about anyone. I get along with everyone. I'm hospitable by nature. I also consider myself a city expert. I truly enjoy helping people move to the next phase of their life - whether they need to rent for a little while OR they are ready for their dream home. I enjoy guiding them through the entire process. I like to suggest communities that will match my client's desired lifestyle. I'm not really biased to any one particular area, I'm willing to travel wherever my client wants to go. I'm flexible, I'm adaptable and I have an "at your service" mentality so naturally I'm happy when their happy. However, sometimes you have to be brutally honest with clients - I can handle those tough conversations with people of all different cultures and backgrounds - my friends call me the diplomat. One of my old bosses from the hotel days told me, "always under promise and over deliver" & I really try to stay true to that - never setting false expectations. I'm also not scared to think out of the box, I'll get creative & I'll do what other agents won't do....
