Christine Mccoy Duncan
If you are looking for a Realtor who loves making your real estate dreams a reality, meet Christine Duncan! She has real estate in her blood. Her mother was a dynamic top producing career agent for 35 years, providing an outstanding role model for Christine and ultimately inspiring her to launch her own successful real estate career in 2004. Since then, Christine has been consistently recognized for her excellence and currently holds award-winning status within the ranks of the largest Realtor brokerage in the Houston area.
Christine’s love for her job and her clients is palpable, and it radiates through every transaction she handles. Feisty and tenacious, Christine is committed to providing outstanding customer service. She approaches each transaction with a positive attitude and a sense of humor. While she takes her business very seriously, she believes the process of selling and buying real estate should also be enjoyable for her clients. Christine understands that buying or selling a home is not just a financial transaction; it’s a deeply personal and emotional experience. She takes the time to truly connect with her clients, appreciating their needs, dreams, aspirations, and concerns.
Born with an eagle eye for detail and the nose of a bloodhound, Christine understands the importance of the little things, including first impressions of look, feel and smell. She pays attention to each and every detail and utilizes all available tools to make sure her clients' listings are portrayed in the best possible manner to potential buyers. She is a straight shooter and someone you can trust implicitly.
Christine graduated from Texas Tech University. She gained career experience and business savvy by working in mortgage loan processing as well as car rental and corporate fleet management before making the transition into real estate. As a result, she has a thoroughly-developed sense of what it takes to provide an exceptional experience for clients.
This native Houstonian enjoys helping buyers and sellers all over Greater Houston and surrounding areas. She particularly enjoys showing and selling properties in West Houston where she lived for 33 years before moving to Katy in 2006. When she's not working, Christine enjoys spending time with the loves of her life, husband J.B., daughter Maddie, and their 3 lively dogs. Christine is an avid supporter of The Parish School of Houston - a school for children with language and learning differences. Traveling, gardening, snorkeling, and enjoying great cuisine are among her many interests....
