Before transitioning into real estate, Duane worked as a Quality Control Technician in the concrete manufacturing industry. The role required precision, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to stay organized under pressure. Those same skills now help him guide clients through complex transactions while keeping the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
As a homeowner and rental property owner, Duane understands real estate from both a personal and investment perspective.
