Jim Elda
Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Jim Elda has called Houston home since moving to the city in 1984. Although his career has taken him to Austin, Chicago, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Denver, he has always returned to Houston. He appreciates the city’s diversity, affordability, and the many opportunities it offers.
Before becoming a Realtor, Jim built a diverse business career, including owning Jupiter Equipment, LLC, which specialized in used and refurbished oilfield equipment. He also spent years with Flagship Properties Corporation, where he managed financial reporting and operational responsibilities for 30,000 apartment units across 62 Texas communities.
Jim's experience in business, real estate operations, financial analysis, and team leadership has shaped his approach as a Realtor. Motivated, personable, and adaptable, he prides himself on building strong relationships, navigating challenges calmly, and providing clients with knowledgeable, professional service. He is also fluent in Arabic, allowing him to connect with a diverse range of clients.
Outside of real estate, Jim enjoys golf, billiards, and card games. With decades of business experience and a deep connection to Houston, he is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence and care....
