I spent my first 20 years post-grad working in the restaurant industry. My experience in both running a business and then later working in operations and recruiting has more than prepared me for my career as a Realtor®. Real Estate is definitely hospitality, just wrapped in a different package.
I spent many years recruiting at colleges all over the country. The graduates that I hired were often relocating to a city brand new to them. I did not just see it as my job to help them assimilate into their new career, but also into their new community. Being a transplant to Houston myself, I used that experience and tried never to forget how wonderful it was to feel welcomed in a new city. I love helping my clients learn about what makes Houston special and finding the perfect home is the just the start!
