Vivian doesn’t just help people buy and sell homes—she guides them through one of life’s biggest adventures with patience, savvy, and a sense of fun. Born into a military family in Texas, her journey has taken her from California to South Korea and back again, teaching her how to adapt, embrace change, and thrive no matter the setting. It’s no surprise she now helps clients do the same when navigating moves of their own.
Before real estate, Vivian built her toolkit as an oil & gas project coordinator and a high school science teacher—two careers that sharpened her skills in organization, problem-solving, and staying cool when the pressure’s on. Those talents paid off: she proudly closed 21 transactions in a single year. Clients know her as the steady hand who makes stressful moments feel manageable and exciting milestones feel unforgettable.
But Vivian’s story doesn’t stop at contracts and keys. She’s deeply rooted in her community, serving as a Director on MUD 134C and volunteering with Fort Bend Wildlife Rescue, where she helps rehabilitate local wildlife. Off the clock, she’s likely to be skating at the roller rink, nose-deep in a book, laughing with friends, or seeking out her next culinary quests – especially if there is something sweet involved.
