Karli Koenig brings a wealth of experience and a personal touch to her real estate career. Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, she has proudly called Houston home since 1992 and settled in Montgomery in 2019. With deep roots in the community, Karli offers her clients not only local insight but also a true commitment to helping them achieve their real estate goals.
Clients appreciate Karli’s excellent communication skills, adaptability, and persistence. Her strong negotiation abilities, paired with her enthusiasm and dedication, allow her to build lasting relationships and guide clients through every step of the buying or selling process. Prior to real estate, Karli worked as a physical therapist, where she honed her skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer-focused service—strengths that continue to serve her clients well today.
Outside of real estate, Karli enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading, and making memories at Disney World. She is also a travel advisor specializing in Disney vacations, combining her love of travel with her passion for helping families create unforgettable experiences. Active in her community, she is involved with her local Elementary PTO and values the connections she has built through service and teamwork.
