Ms. Kiszkiel is there to guide sellers every step of the way, from staging listings, to hosting open houses, to closing. She also provides access to industry leading marketing, including advertising on a variety of television channels, print publications, and thousands of websites.
Ms. Kiszkiel represents those searching for a new home by helping them research neighborhoods, keep abreast of new listings, schedule inspections and prepare for closings. Above all, she is an ally and guide for all her clients, every step of the way.
Before joining Gary Greene, Ms. Kiszkiel developed her professional career running a Dental Laboratory with her husband for the last 18 years. During this time, she developed unmatched skills in customer service and valuable accounting skills. Ms. Kiszkiel also worked in the Textile Industry for nearly a decade, where she managed quality control and maintenance, as well as purchased cotton for the southern regions of the U.S.. In addition to this, she worked in quality control and production for the Automotive Industry for 8 years, providing statistical process control reports for Ford, GM and Chrysler. Her experience in quality control led her to establish an exceptional analytic skills and attention to detail. Ms. Kiszkiel enjoys building and renovating homes in her free time, which has allowed her to gain knowledge that is highly transferrable to the Real Estate Industry. Ms. Kiszkiel speaks fluent English and Polish and is able to understand Russian and Czechoslovakian. She also has a background in volunteer work as a member of St. Mary Catholic Church’s hospitality group, where she provides meals for parishioners every Sunday.
