Ms. Britton offers all sellers a variety of services, from staging listings and hosting open houses to using a proprietary database to target buyers. With Gary Greene, she has access to industry leading marketing and advertises listings on thousands of websites, along with targeted television and print media across the city and the nation.
For those looking for a new home, Ms. Britton is ready to assist in researching, keeping abreast of new listings and preparing her buyers and sellers for closing. Before beginning her career at Gary Greene, Ms. Britton worked in the Petroleum Industry for 7 years, primarily in the Geochemistry sector. She then went to work for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) where she remained for more than 20 years. During her time at TCEQ, Ms. Britton primarily worked in the Hazardous Waste section, conducting inspections and investigations, meeting with industry executives and their staff, small business owners, property owners, as well as city, county, and state officials. She also prepared and presented training modules at seminars, presenting to as many as 320 at a time. During her tenure with TCEQ, Ms. Britton won several honors including Employee of the Year from both the TCEQ and the Environmental Protection Agency, demonstrating her dedication, commitment, and strong wroth ethic. She will now use her strong communication, organization, management skills as a real estate agent, guiding her buyers and sellers in the real estate transaction. Her personal experience remodeling and staging homes will be very helpful to sellers, preventing them from making costly remodeling mistakes while preparing for the sale of their homes. Having spent so many years in the oil industry, she understands that industry on a personal level and will work diligently to find homes for oil and gas employees relocating to The Greater Houston Area. In her free time, Ms. Britton enjoys spending time with her husband, cooking, photography, and traveling.
