From pricing strategy and preparation to marketing and negotiation, she takes a proactive approach to help sellers maximize value and minimize stress. She closed over $8 million in transactions combined in 2024 and 2025, with specialized knowledge in listings, new home construction, first-time buyers, and relocation.
Erin is part of the J+E Real Estate Team, a mother-daughter partnership built on the belief that clients are better served with more than one perspective at the table. A graduate of the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Psychology, Erin enjoys yoga, Pilates, camping, and road-tripping to National Parks. She and her husband, a chef and restaurant owner in San Antonio, are proud pet parents to their two cats, Thelma & Louise, and their Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix, Maverick....
